A lot of educators teach what they used to do. I teach what I'm still doing. Every week I'm behind the chair at NJ Salon, on real clients, with real budgets and real expectations. That's what keeps my education current, commercial and honest. If a technique doesn't work in a busy salon on a paying client, I'm not going to stand up and teach it.

I've spent over two decades building my craft, growing an award-winning salon, and working out what actually holds up in practice rather than in theory. I've made the mistakes so you don't have to. And I'm still learning every week, because the day you think you know it all is the day you stop getting better.
